The Student Council at the Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis will be holding a Penny War for the entire school. This project is called “Six Million Pennies for Six Million Jews”. We hope to collect six million pennies from the students, teachers and the community at large. The goal of this project is to raise enough money to create a Holocaust Center in the Cultural Arts Center of the HHAI. This “museum” will not only be a great tribute to the Holocaust, but it will also educate the community. You can contact us at (317)251-1261. Contributions can be made at the Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis, 6602 Hoover Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana, 46260.
